Next Day Air charges. All Orders placed on Friday before 2:00 PM Central Time for Next Day Air shipment are scheduled for delivery on Monday. The
tracking number for your shipment will be emailed to you.
We gladly accept Master Card, Visa, Discover Card and American Express. We also offer payment by Google Speed Checkout and PayPal with
shipping to confirmed address. Please check your PayPal receipt for correct ship to and size of cane needed if applicable.

of the cane and not on the extreme ends. Canes are intended to be used for balance. This does not replace your Doctors recommendation. Please

Free UPS Ground shipping within the Continental United States on orders over $75.00 and below $500. Orders above $500.00 will have shipping
charges applied.
Walking Cane Stands are excluded from free shipping and must be shipped separately from walking sticks.

Return Policy:
Ye Olde Cane Shoppe will accept returns received at our warehouse 2409 Pebblebrook Ct, Grand Prairie, TX 75050 within 30 days from date of
purchase, with all the original packaging and in original condition and size for exchange or credit of purchase price. No items may be returned after
30 days from date of purchase.
If you received free shipping when you placed your order and you return the order or any part of the order, a $9.95 shipping charge will be
deducted from your refund.
ALL RETURNS MUST BE SENT BACK BY UPS. You must call or email us to get a return authorization number to return an item. Please put the Return
Authorization Number on the return shipping label.
NO RETURNS ON CUT OR ALTERED CANES. If you have your cane cut or you cut it, we cannot accept the return. Be sure of the size before ordering
your cane.
Used merchandise may not be returned under any conditions.
Credit will be issued to the card used to make the purchase - no cash refunds. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Customer pays return
shipping charges.
RETURN POLICY FOR ALPACA SILVER CANES:
Returns will be accepted at our warehouse within 30 days from date of purchase with a 15% restocking fee. The cane must be returned
with all the original packaging and in original condition and size for credit of purchase price less 15%. No items may be returned after 30
days from date of purchase. No returns on cut canes. The free shipping charge & the 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your
refund.
Refused Delivery:
Any order that is refused by the customer when UPS delivers will be charged the return shipping charge.
